Mini Bleuette measures a mere 2 3/8 inches tall.
The above 5 dolls have been sold.

As featured in the Jan/Feb 2012 issue of Dollhouse Miniatures magazine.

These dolls were also shown along with several other mini doll artists Bleuettes, in the Feb. 2006 issue of The Dolls' House Magazine which is published in the UK. I am also the featured artist in the Vol. 2 No. 3 Summer 2009 issue of "The Bleuette Connection".

The original Bleuette (measured 27 cm. (10 5/8”) in height) is a doll that was offered to young girls in France from 1905-1960, and was only available through La Semaine de Suzette, a weekly periodical for girls. The magazine was filled with games, crafts, recipes and stories along with patterns to make clothing for Bleuette. There were more than 1,060 patterns published over the 55 years Bleuette was produced.  She was the Barbie doll of her time. Several different heads were produced during these years, the most popular being the 301.

Here are miniature reproductions of the sweet Bleuette 301 with real upper lashes and painted straight down lashes just like the original 301. Mini Bleuette 301 measures a mere 2 3/8 inches tall. She is perfect as a doll for your special larger Bleuette or as a special dollhouse doll in a miniature scene.

Bleuette is an all-bisque doll and is made of the finest porcelain. She is jointed at the neck shoulders and thighs. Extra care and detail was put into the making of her. Special attention to details like fingernails and polishing of the bisque for a smooth surface adds to the value of this tiny doll. Delicately china painted features were fired in a kiln up to 5 times to build up a natural coloring. I use an original Bleuette 301 as a painting guide.

The costumes are reproductions of the outfits that were featured in La Semaine de Suzette and are not removable, thus allowing a better fit and an all around match to her outfit such as shoes, hats and hair styles.

Here is a picture of the miniature Bleuette's with a larger Bleuette to give you an idea of their size.
